Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
2. What Data We Collect

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing
- performance of the order and the contract with you — matching a Provider, routing, price calculation;
- accepting payments and processing refunds, fraud prevention;
- safety of passengers and Providers, investigation of incidents;
- support and responses to enquiries;
- compliance with legal requirements (tax and accounting records, requests from government authorities);
- service improvement and analytics — in anonymised form or with your consent;
- marketing communications — only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Who We Share Data With
- The Provider — your name, pickup point and destination for the duration of the order. Your phone number and card details are not shared with the Provider;
- JSC Bank of Georgia — to process payments and refunds;
- infrastructure providers — hosting (DigitalOcean), an SMS provider for verification codes, mapping services (Google Maps Platform) — to the extent necessary for operation;
- government authorities — only upon a lawful request.
Some providers may process data outside Georgia; in such cases we apply the contractual and technical safeguards required by law.
5. Retention Periods
Account data are retained for as long as the account is active. Order history and payment records are retained for the periods established by the tax and accounting legislation of Georgia. Geolocation logs are kept no longer than necessary to fulfil the order and handle any potential claims. Upon expiry of these periods, the data are deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
Data transmission is protected by encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Login codes and tokens are stored in hashed form, employee access is restricted and logged, and databases are backed up regularly.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to request information about your data, a copy of it, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to withdraw your consent and to object to marketing. Please send your request to z.berishvili@gmail.com; we will respond within the timeframes established by law. You can also delete your account via support in the app.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
