How do I order a taxi or delivery?
Install the ZuBeri app, sign in with your phone number, choose a service and enter the address. The price is shown before you confirm.
Which payment methods are available?
Visa and Mastercard bank cards from any bank, and cash to the driver or courier. You choose the method on every order.
Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes. Card details are entered on the secure Bank of Georgia payment page (PCI DSS, 3-D Secure). ZuBeri never sees or stores your full card number or CVV.
How much does cancelling cost?
Cancellation is free until the driver taps "I have arrived". After the driver arrives, the cancellation fee is 3.00 ₾.
How do I get a refund if I was charged incorrectly?
Contact support in the app or at z.berishvili@gmail.com with your order number. We review requests within 3 business days; an approved refund goes back to the same card, and crediting time depends on your bank — usually up to 10 business days.
